BTS Taiwan, Jakarta shows to screen in 80-plus countries
BIGHIT MUSIC said Tuesday that two shows from BTS' "ARIRANG" world tour, the Taiwan Kaohsiung stop and the Indonesia Jakarta stop, will be livestreamed at movie theaters in more than 80 countries and regions. The screenings cover the Kaohsiung show on Nov. 21 and the Jakarta show on Dec. 29, according to a notice on Weverse. Separately, the agency said Monday that BTS drew about 853,000 fans to 14 sold-out concerts in five South American cities, wrapping up that leg with three shows at Brazil's Morumbi Stadium. Korean outlets including Yonhap, the Korea Times, and KBS World reported the figures, while Dong-A Ilbo noted the tour started in Bogota, Colombia, on Nov. 2 and also visited Lima, Peru.
