The Financial Services Commission (FSC) has urgently summoned domestic cryptocurrency exchanges following a hacking incident at Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, involving losses of around eight trillion won, according to KBS World. The move comes after the U.S. Federal Bureau of Intelligence (FBI) blamed North Korean hackers for the more than six billion dollar heist against Binance, and U.S. President Donald Trump said the United States would talk to North Korea if it is found to be behind the theft.
