The special counsel's inspection of 2.47 million ballots stored at the Olympic Park handball arena ended early on Oct. 29 after about 12 hours, Yonhap and Donga Ilbo report. The probe, launched Oct. 28, examined ballots and CCTV footage from the June 3 local elections amid a ballot shortage.
