President Lee Jae Myung has nominated Defense Acquisition Program Administration Commissioner Lee Yong-cheol as his second justice minister, announced presidential chief of staff Lim Kwang-hyun on Friday. The post had been vacant for more than two months, and the nominee, a former lawyer, has vowed to see prosecutorial reform through to completion and ensure the smooth implementation of the new criminal justice system.
