Security Council (UNSC) calling last month's land mine blast near the border an incident "fabricated" by South Korea, according to reports from Korea Times and Yonhap. The letter rebutted claims that North Korea had violated the Korean War Armistice Agreement by planting mines inside the demilitarized zone.
