The Education Ministry announced Thursday that it will actively seek criminal charges or request investigations for anyone caught using smart glasses to cheat on the annual college entrance exam (Suneung). The ministry also plans to extend the suspension period for exam eligibility from the current one year to three years, according to KBS World and Maeil Business Newspaper. The move comes as authorities crack down on fraudulent use of smart glasses during the test.
