Ask what Korea is talking about.

Kim Yo-jong, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's sister, said Wednesday that Pyongyang will resume propaganda loudspeaker broadcasts toward South Korea later this month, with state media reporting that "tactical hunting teams" are on standby. She also warned of "new counter means" at the border, following her inspection of fortification work alongside military marshal Pak Jong-chon, which included threats of an "overwhelming" military response to any provocation. Korean outlets report these moves as escalating inter-Korean tensions, though no direct public reaction from South Korean citizens is detailed in the supplied coverage.
