LX Semicon has named Na Joon-ho, executive vice president and head of strategy and marketing, as its next CEO as part of its regular executive reshuffle for 2027, the company said Tuesday. At a board meeting earlier in the day, the company designated Na as the new representative director, with formal appointment expected after next year's shareholders' meeting and board session. Na joined LX Semicon in 2001 after working at LG Semiconductor, and has held roles including driver IC development head, large display development group head, and TV/IT business head, leading the strategy and marketing division since 2024. The company plans to leverage his combined experience in semiconductor development and sales/marketing to strengthen competitiveness in core businesses and secure future growth engines.
