Mirae Asset Securities Co. confirmed on Nov. 7 that hackers breached its systems, exposing the account numbers of about 3,800 customers and the personal information of 35,255 current, former employees, and contractors. The breach occurred on Nov. 4 via abnormal access to the mobile web phone authentication login service and the groupware system 'mi-global'.
