South Korean police are investigating North Korean IT personnel who allegedly disguised their identities to get jobs at domestic companies, including in development roles. The probe was launched last year by the National Police Agency's security investigation unit, according to Yonhap and Chosun Ilbo reports on Oct. 22. The police have identified signs of such disguised employment and are currently investigating, though specific companies or numbers of workers have not been disclosed.
